My brother also experiences headaches and nausea at the same time, but only when his migraine hits. That doesn't happen always, but only sometimes-once in a while- an extreme headache with nausea and vomiting. So, maybe you also have a migraine. And, not to forget, this condition also occurs if you have been very ill recently and are now in a recovery stage; it especially becomes worse if you are not getting enough rest as well!
