What is the normal liver size in adults, and when should you be concerned?

I was reviewing my scan report and I came across my liver measurement, but I have no idea about what is normal and how big does the liver of an adult need to be in order to consider it enlarged?please answer

The normal size of the liver is 12+-2 cm. However, if the size goes beyond 16 cm, it indicates a health concern.
